NOTE: ALL FOLLOWERS, SUBMISSIONS, AND INTERACTIONS FOR THIS PROPOSAL WILL TAKE PLACE THROUGH BPX WEBSITE ( http://beniciaplanroom.com/jobs/964/details/viewmont-water-main-replacement-project-no-22-24 ).
