BANKING-9183 - USA (Waco, Texas) - Investment Advisory Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Waco, TX.– Providing non–discretionary investment advisory services for its estimated $170 million investment portfolio.– Review cash flow requirements prepared by the agency staff and develop an investment strategy to complement the cash flow.– Provide monthly reports on investment activity, earnings, and the value of the portfolio holdings and projected portfolio cash flows– Provide quarterly investment reports including a description of market conditions, investment strategies employed, performance and suggested changes to investment strategy.– Provide collateral valuation as requested to help ensure adequate collateral value– Coordination with external agencies to help improve communications with and efficiencies between the agency and any external service agencies for maximum utility of funds and investment alternatives.– Evaluate internal treasury procedures for maximum benefit to the agency and its portfolio including broker/dealer transactions and transaction audit trails.– Assist in developing improvement and practice benchmarks for internal procedures.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
