(1) Vendor needs to provide creative development and video production services• The selected partner will work collaboratively with agency to develop high–quality, compelling video content that brings the impact of the library to life through strong visual storytelling.• Agency is specifically seeking a more concept–driven, commercial–quality approach that moves beyond traditional interview–and–B–roll institutional video.– Creative Direction• Human–centered rather than institutional• Contemporary and visually engaging• Cinematic while remaining authentic• Emotionally driven rather than primarily informational• Rooted in real people, experiences and moments• Representative of the broad range of people and communities served by agency– Anticipated Marketing Deliverables• One video, approximately 2–3 minutes: A broad, audience–facing video that communicates who agency is and the role the library plays in the community, expressed through agency current brand voice and visual identity• Strategic Focus Area Videos– One video centered on each of agency strategic focus areasa. Lifelong Learning: How agency enables curiosity, learning, growth and skill–building throughout people's lives.b. Community Connection: How agency creates opportunities for people to connect with one another, their neighborhoods and the broader community.c.
