There is an RFP document that provides greater detail on the scope of this project. It is important that service providers read the attached document to fully understand this project and prepare a more directed bid. All emailed questions should reference this Form 470 number in the subject line of the email. - 4 +/- Switches including all software, cables, connectors, modules, cords, mounting hardware and any other related items necessary for a complete solution (listed above as ACRC). MIBS and BMIC dropdowns were listed above in case USAC deems any of the necessary software licenses to fit that category. - 19 +/- Access Points and a physical or cloud based controller including all software, cables, connectors, cords, antennas, mounting hardware and any other related items necessary for a complete solution (listed above as ACRC). MIBS and BMIC dropdowns were listed above in case USAC deems any of the necessary software licenses to fit that category. - 1 +/-Firewall including all software, cables, connectors, modules, cords, mounting hardware and any other related items necessary for a complete solution (listed above as ACRC). Clearly indicate eligible vs ineligible costs related to this item. MIBS and BMIC dropdowns were listed above in case USAC deems any of the necessary software licenses to fit that category. -Cabling including all cables, connectors, cords, mounting hardware and any other related items necessary to install and integrate the new cable runs into each building's network infrastructure. ________________________________________________________________ Site Visit A voluntary site visit will be held at the Armstrong Ellis Elementary School at 3571 Gifford Avenue, Armstrong, IL at 9 am Central on November 4, 2026. This will be the only opportunity to ask questions or to receive answers to questions related to this RFP. Respondents choosing not to attend in so doing acknowledge their understanding that they were offered and voluntarily declined the opportunity. ________________________________________________________________ Proposal Delivery The Applicant reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. In the event that a responsible bid is not received or if it is determined that the low bid received is too high, the bid received will be rejected and the project will be cancelled or re-bid.
