(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental services section data collection and reporting application programming and support services.– Services include application support, troubleshooting, report development, software enhancements, and related consulting services necessary to maintain and improve the application throughout the contract– Utilizing and enhancing the existing application– Application Support and Maintenance– Provide ongoing technical support for the existing ESS Application.– Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, application errors, and system issues.– Perform routine application maintenance necessary to maintain reliable system operation.– Design, develop, test, and implement new application functionality.– Modify existing workflows and user interfaces.– Improve application usability and operational efficiency.– Develop Quality of Life (QOL) improvements that enhance user productivity.– Modify existing functionality to accommodate changing operational or regulatory requirements.– Shall maintain, modify, troubleshoot, and develop reports utilizing data– Maintain personnel knowledgeable in Microsoft ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server technologies.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
