(1) Vendor needs to provide background check services for potential employees before employment can be offered and current employees are also required to have tri–annual criminal background checks on file to the government authority located in Window Rock, AZ.– Provide “NEW“ updated version laptop, fingerprinting machine, and other required equipment to perform complete fingerprinting procedures.– Provide details and in–depth nationwide background checks for all fifty (50) States.– All reports must be federal bureau of investigation compliant.– Ensure scan of official records including felonies, misdemeanors, and federal charges are completed.– Report registered sex offenders.– Ensure scan of arrest records, warrant checks, and wanted database.– Submittal of invoices within thirty (30) days of services.
