(1) Vendor needs to provide residential substance abuse treatment professional services to the government authority located in Port Hadlock, WA.– Release and re–entry planning to include connection with continued treatment.– Same day release appointment, when possible, to bridge patient until next appointment.– Naloxone upon release.– Re–entry planning may also include assisting the incarcerated individual with sign–up of medicaid, reestablishing medicaid and connection with the managed care organizations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
