EXTRA-78269 - USA (South Campus, New York) - Underrepresented Developers Fellowship Administration Service - Deadline November 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide underrepresented developers fellowship administration service to the government authority located in South Campus, NY.• The purpose of this project is to implement engagement and fellowship opportunities for small–scale, underrepresented community developers in conjunction with agency projects. – This scope includes the following tasks:– Contract Management– Stakeholder Analysis– Fellowship Activities– Final Report• Project Management Calls: The Consultant will organize periodic progress calls and other meetings as necessary to ensure the project stays on schedule. The Consultant will provide agendas and summaries for progress calls.• Gap analysis report• A Small–scale, Minority and Underrepresented Developers engagement event. The event will focus on best practices in small–scale development, learning exchange and local networking. – The Consultant should engage small–scale and under–represented developers, local development professionals, public agency staff, and small–scale developers from peer cities (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
