(1) Vendor needs to provide gaming concession services to the government authority located in Reno, NV.– Develop, manage, operate, and maintain the gaming concession program.– Development, management, operation, and maintenance of a gaming concession in pre– and post–security terminal areas, including the fit–out and operation of a back–office support location.– An optional gaming experience may be proposed for a designated in–line space within the terminal connector.– Space may be developed as an open concept, such as a branded waiting or lounge–type area for select gaming patrons or the general public, an additional slot machine area, or another concept proposed by the respondent that complements and enhances the overall gaming experience.– Implement a continuous gaming floor refresh program and maintain gaming assets in a current, attractive, and competitive condition.– Improved sales reporting systems, including more frequent or real–time transmission of sales data via a dashboard, portal or automated interface with Authority accounting systems.– Airport–wide remote app.
