NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that emailed proposals will be received by Kitsap Transit. Proposals must be submitted NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. **Updated to September 8, 2026** and should be addressed as: NORTH BASE MAINTENANCE FACILITY CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT RFQ KT #26-055 Kitsap Transit is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to solicit proposals from interested, qualified, and experienced firms to provide Construction Management Services to support construction of the North Base Maintenance Facility at its North Base in Poulsbo, Washington. The project includes a new heavy-duty bus maintenance facility, renovation and expansion of the existing operations building, a new maintenance storage building, emergency backup power, parking and circulation improvements, utility upgrades, landscaping, and other associated site improvements. Upon completion, the facility will support Kitsap Transit's growing fleet and improve maintenance operations in North Kitsap.
