(1) Vendor needs to provide intersection traffic analysis and traffic signal upgrade design service to the government authority located in Oak Ridge, TN.• The consultant will provide an intersection turning movement delay study.• The consultant will provide an executive summary and left turn phasing recommendation.• Providing design services to upgrade the existing signal equipment and provide new timing, bidding services and services during construction.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
