(1) Vendor needs to provide teen mental health first aid services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.– Identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in their friends and peers.– Training provides the skills to recognize common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges, the impact of bullying and school violence on mental health.– Coordinate and support the certification of instructors, including through direct certification of instructors as applicable.– Incrementally increase the delivery of training annually, ensuring training opportunities for tenth grade students at all schools.– Complete required data collection and reporting.– Subcontract with and execute or contracts with partnering entities to meet the above deliverables as appropriate(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29,2026.
