MB-10424 - USA (New Mexico) - Medicaid Primary Care Payment Reform (PCPR) Value-Based Payment Program Service - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Medicaid primary care payment reform (PCPR) value–based payment program service.– Comprehensive project management and program support services for the Medicaid primary care payment reform (PCPR) value–based payment program, including project management, program administration, stakeholder engagement, technical assistance, performance monitoring, reporting, and implementation support. – Develop recommendations that support program evolution and alignment with national best practices for Medicaid value–based payment programs.– Ensure effective implementation and ongoing administration of the PCPR VBP Program including coordination and collaboration with the PCPR program administrator.– Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous quality improvement throughout all aspects of program implementation.– Provide comprehensive technical assistance that enables participating providers to successfully meet program requirements.– Support in advancing primary care transformation through value–based payment methodologies. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on September10, 2026.
