Level and Seal Pool Deck Pavers

This project involves the exterior swimming pools of Clermont Arts & Recreation Center. The respondents must assess the current condition of the pool deck pavers and complete the necessary repairs. The pool paver area is approximately 11,800sqft, which includes a paver area outside the main pool, adjacent to locker rooms. The pre-bid conference is mandatory. Repairs include but are not limited to: Level uneven pavers that are a trip hazard Replace broken/cracked pavers Correct drainage issues so water does not puddle and flow into the ground pool drains Sealing all pavers on the pool deck to prevent weeds Budgeted Amount: $20,000
