STAFF-16532 - USA (Springfield, Illinois) - Medical Director Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– The Medical Director shall be an Illinois–licensed physician.– All Medical Directors must have and show necessary qualifications outlined in 1.2.3 to perform required duties– Supervises medical staff; maintains the overall quality of clinical care provided to the individuals at the facility, including planning, staff administration and implementation of medical treatment regimens, individual care programs and services of the facility.  – Develops, implements, and monitors policies and procedures related to established standards for individual care, medical ethics, and licensing/regulations.– Requires three years of substantive medical administrative experience in directing, planning, and evaluating a medical/clinical program.– Requires ability to supervise and coordinate staff and activities of other professional disciplines– Requires ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with various professional disciplines.– Verification of License and outlined experience above shall be required.  – Routinely, work hours will be 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, excluding State Holidays.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
