(1) Vendor needs to provide social media management services.• Consultant shall provide the following services:– Platform Management• Strategic content planning and management across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and X. Additional occasional content management for YouTube, Vimeo and Pinterest.• Platform–specific content optimization for each channel.• Strategic monitoring of emerging platforms with recommendations.– Content Creation and Execution• 3–5 unique posts per week, adapted across platforms as appropriate (12 – 20 posts monthly).• Custom graphics, safety infographics and short–form video content with editable source files.• Strategic utilization of agency existing content library.• Volunteer highlights and recurring national content series.– Content Approval Process• Monthly content calendar submission by the first business day of the preceding month.• All content submitted for review and approval prior to scheduling.• Revisions completed within 24–48 hours of feedback receipt.• Respond to edits and strategic feedback from consultants.• Final approval required from Director of Communications and Marketing or designee.– Reporting and Analysis• Monthly comprehensive performance reporting with strategic recommendations.• Monthly strategy meetings.• Quarterly strategic reviews.– Crisis Communication Support• 2–4 hour initial response time for urgent safety messaging.• Time–sensitive and reactive content support with 24–48 hours’ notice.• Emergency contact protocols and escalation procedures.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
