(1) Vendor needs to provide concerts and events audio and lighting services to the government authority located in Southfield, MI. • Efficient set up, dismantling, and packing of equipment.• Provide sufficient qualified staff for proper equipment operation.• Power distribution planning to avoid overloads.• Debriefing sessions to discuss areas of improvement for future events• Amplifiers and power distribution systems.• Mixing consoles with sufficient channels for the planned performances.• Microphones (wired and wireless) for vocals and instruments.• Backline equipment for bands (if applicable).• Stage monitors for live sound reinforcement. (if applicable).• Generator and power backup systems for outdoor events(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
