(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health initiative professional services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – Provide evaluation, implementation support, technical assistance, implementation coach support, and related services • Provide ongoing evaluation services for the Behavioral Health Initiative and implementation coach model through June 30, 2028. – Evaluation services may include evaluation planning, support for district and school evaluation activities, identification and use of appropriate data, analysis of project implementation and progress, identification of findings and recommendations, and preparation of evaluation related reports and deliverables. • Provide implementation support and technical assistance to agency to support the Behavioral Health Initiative. – Services may include assistance with implementation planning, use of BHI planning tools and resources, identification of implementation needs or barriers, interpretation of evaluation findings, and support for translating project findings into practical next steps.• Provide ongoing support for the BHI implementation coach model and the implementation coaches serving participating schools and districts. – Services may include training, technical assistance, consultation, problem solving, support with implementation planning, assistance interpreting project and evaluation information, and other support needed to strengthen the effectiveness of the implementation coach model. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.
