(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape arboretum campus plan services to the government authority located in Chanhassen, MN.• Analyze trends in local, regional, national and international public gardens and other relevant cultural institutions.• Review relevant local, regional, state development plans that impact the Arboretum and its surroundings• Review prior Arboretum campus plans and current strategic plan including SWOT analysis results, organizational goals, and priority initiatives.• Stakeholder engagement– Existing Site Conditions Assessment and Analysis– Existing Program Analysis and Projected Needs(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
