(1) Vendor needs to provide unit painting and cleaning services to the government authority located in Paducah, KY.• The painting and cleaning services in no more than 3 full workdays.• Walls, ceiling, trim, and doors prior to painting, including to: clean and bleach all mildew areas, scrape away cracked and flaking paint, smoothing all bumps; and dust and clean painted surfaces.• Paint all interior doors, trim, walls, and ceiling, with two coats (or as many as directed), each as directed by the Agency.• Sweep all floors • Clean all window glass, inside and out • Clean and disinfect toilet bowls inside and out(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 18, 2026.
