(1) Vendor needs to provide web hosted aviation learning management system.– Customizable, vendor hosted, web–based training and learning management system (LMS) that utilizes traditional and information security compliant artificial intelligence (AI), micro–learning and other cutting–edge strategies to meet ever evolving aviation industry and airport regulatory, customer and employee needs.– Website hosting.– Two hosted sites. One, open web service for unrestricted courses and the second, restricted access web service on only approved device IP addresses for courses containing restricted data.– Access to course data reports including overall success rates and test question analytics.– Course enrollment and course results must be automatically integrated and shared with third party vender identify management software.– Video development and editing services.– Update applicable course content related to mandated aviation industry regulatory changes.– Video integration with hosted or non–hosted courses.– Required courses site specific English with closed captions and Spanish language with closed caption option.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24,2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on October 2, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
