IFB - San Benito County 2025 JOC - General Engineering “A” License Contracts

The San Benito County Resource Management Agency is requesting proposals from qualified bidders. As a result of this Invitation for Bids, the COUNTY intends to award a minimum of up to six (6) “A” License General Engineering Job Order Contracts. It is intended that six (6) contract(s) will be awarded – one to each of the six (6) lowest responsive, responsible bidders. Each bidder may submit one and only one bid for this solicitation. If a bidder submits more than one bid for this solicitation; then that bidder will be disqualified, and those bids will be returned to the bidder unopened. The COUNTY will determine Apparent Low Bidder for each of the contracts to be awarded in accordance with Public Contract Code Section 20103.8(a). The lowest Bid for each contract shall be the lowest Award Criteria Figure.
