(1) Vendor needs to provide parking garage construction management services to the government authority located in Palo Alto, CA. – Provide services for downtown parking garage construction management services. – The Construction Manager (CM) shall provide comprehensive construction management services throughout design and construction, including cost estimating, constructability review, scheduling, procurement support, construction administration, coordination, project closeout and turnover.– Project consists of a new approximately six–level above–ground parking structure on an existing agency–owned surface parking lot. – The garage is anticipated to provide approximately 265 parking spaces, including accessible parking, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, bicycle parking, and photovoltaic infrastructure. – The project will also include associated site improvements, including pedestrian circulation enhancements, plaza improvements, landscaping, lighting, and relocation of existing utilities on and adjacent to the project site.• Provide preconstruction services to assist the agency, including review of construction documents, bid document preparation, and related project support services.• Construction management services: provide construction management services after the approval of the construction contract through completion of the project. • Budget and schedule management.• Testing and special inspections.• Photographic recording.• Allowance for additional testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
