(1) Vendor needs to provide elevator audit services to the government authority located in Rochester, MI.  • Asset Lifecycle & Performance Management– Establish a digital baseline register of all units to be shared with Project Manager, must be cloud–based, for each unique asset– Conduct annual physical audits evaluating structural integrity, remaining useful life and obsolescence risks.– Provide a rolling 5–10–year capital forecasting plan to assist the University in budgeting for modernization, system retrofits or replacements.– Regulatory Compliance, Testing & Inspection– Mechanical integrity – evaluate physical condition of major components (pumps, valves, cables, controllers, door openers, safety buffers)– Performance Metrics – measuring and recording floor to floor times, door open/close times, leveling accuracy and ride quality for vibration and noise– Parts availability; obsolete, remanufactured/rebuilt(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
