FOOD-10757 - USA (North Las Vegas, Nevada) - Food Services - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide food services to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV.         – Provide sufficient information to receive complete Proposals for the work which includes to, off–site kitchens, food, all equipment necessary for food.– Provide a detailed nutrient analysis including to total calories, sodium, saturated fat, trans fat, added sugars, fiber, protein, carbohydrate, potassium, calcium, and iron.– Operate the food service program using professionally trained personnel.– Food service staff must plan menus and substantially follow the plan.– Operate the food service program in a safe and cost–effective manner.– Inmate workers will not be provided to assist in preparation of the meals off–site.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for three years.           (4) An optional pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
