(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsored programs post award assessment service.        – Conduct a focused, high level post award assessment of sponsored programs accounting (SPA) operations, with limited review of key handoffs with the sponsored programs office (SPO). – Assess the alignment of financial, grants management, HR, and related systems with post–award business processes.– Identify communication or practice patterns that may impede standardization or modernization of post award processes.– Evaluate the current post award staffing model, including workload distribution, staff to award ratios, and alignment of staffing resources to award complexity and risk.– Identify technology gaps and opportunities to improve system support for post–award management.– The assessment is intended to be a high–level diagnostic and strategic advisory engagement.– Review of the post–award lifecycle.– Organizational culture and communication.– Reporting and system access.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
