Engineering Services for Partial Roof Replacement

It is the intent of these specifications to outline the project and scope of work required to obtain an Architectural Engineer (hereafter Consultant) for a Partial Roof Replacement at the Township of Wayne Municipal Building located at 475 Valley Road, Wayne, NJ 07470. The Township is interested in replacing sections of the roof that are in need of replacement as shown by continued large leaks. These sections to be done are the Administrative wing and the Maintenance hallway. The building’s roof is over twenty-five (25) years old, and has been patched on numerous occasions over many years. The Consultant shall provide architectural and engineering services to replace the existing Township of Wayne Municipal Building roof. Services to be performed shall include those listed under each portion of the project (PRELIMINARY DESIGN, PLANS AND BID SPECIFICATIONS, BIDDING SERVICES, CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, and ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.)
