TRANSLATION-8402 - USA (Kentucky) - Sign Language Interpretive Services - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sign language interpretive services.– Provide sign language interpreting services and related communication access services for students, faculty, staff, patients, visitors, and members of the public.– Services may include, but are not limited to, sign language interpretation, certified deaf interpreter (CDI) services, tactile interpretation, oral transliteration, cued speech, and other specialty interpreting services required to support effective communication.– Contractor with demonstrated experience in higher education, healthcare, and technical interpreting environments; established interpreter recruitment and screening processes; staff training and competency assessment programs; and the capacity to provide services during business hours, evenings, weekends, and recognized holidays.– Contractor should maintain appropriate licensure and certifications, conduct background screenings and drug testing when applicable, protect confidential information, implement quality assurance processes, and adhere to recognized professional and ethical standards.– Contractor should have sufficient interpreter resources available to support a wide range of assignments and specialized subject matter, including academic instruction, healthcare encounters, research activities, conferences, technical meetings, and public programs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
