Request for Qualifications: Space Needs Assessment and Facilities Master Plan

RFQ (QUALIFICATION-BASED SELECTION): As provided for under North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31, the Town of Knightdale has elected to use a qualitative-based selection process as the contracting method for this project.
