(1) Vendor needs to provide diploma and digital credentialing platform.– Student and Alumni Reordering Platform:• Online portal enabling students and alumni to request replacement credentials required.• University approval workflow prior to fulfillment required.• Integrated payment processing with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance required.• Automated order status notifications to students and alumni required.– System Integration:• System integration with the university’s student information system (Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions) is required.• Integration approach, including whether they support automated and programmatic data transfer, a controlled manual upload process (e.g., structured file format such as Excel or CSV), or both.– Implementation and Transition:• Provide a proposed implementation timeline and methodology.• Onboarding process, including data migration, testing, training, and go–live support.– Ongoing Support and Account Management:• Dedicated account manager is required.• Service level commitments for order processing, error resolution, and technical support required.• Regular reporting on order volumes, error rates, and service metrics required.– Digital Credentials (CeDiplomas and CeCertificates):• Annual volume: approximately 11,000 digital credentials per year.• Digitally signed, tamper–proof credentials required.– Direct Shipping Services:• Full fulfillment services required, including label production, secure packaging, quality inspection, and postage attachment.• Options for both tracked and untracked domestic shipping required.• International shipping capability required.• Capability to include University–supplied institutional inserts and materials required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
