(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation consulting services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – Provide comprehensive total compensation advisory services, including annual compensation planning, executive compensation guidance, regulatory compliance support, market study validation, and related ad hoc consulting services.– Conducts a comprehensive review of compensation for all positions, including market benchmarking, market data aging, and identification of recommended adjustments.– The Consultant reviews and validates the internal compensation study, evaluates market matches, and collaborates.– Provide compensation consulting and recommendations to the chair of the board regarding chief executive officer (CEO) and chief legal officer (CLO) compensation, as requested.– Perform independent job description evaluations, compensation trend studies, custom salary surveys, targeted market pricing analyses, and other consulting services as requested.– Executive compensation advisory services.– Executive and board advisory. – Annual compensation recommendations.– Market study validation.
