(1) Vendor needs to provide 403(b) retirement plan services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. – The plan to be proposed shall be an employer sponsored 403(b) retirement plan with the employer matching 50% of the employee’s contribution.– An experienced and licensed financial management institutions or plan managers with a proven track record in administrating 403(b) retirement plans.– 403(b) Retirement Plan management experience including the names, addresses, contact persons, and telephone numbers of organizations for whom they a currently managing a 403(b)–retirement plan.– Provide full disclosure of plan expenses charged to the agency and plan participants including type of expense and what the fee and charge.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on October 12, 2026.
