(1) Vendor needs to provide IT end–user help desk and support services to the government authority located in Kaneohe, HI.• Troubleshooting and diagnosing computer–related issues encompassing PCs, printers, copiers, phones, voicemail, and more.• Conducting training sessions for computer users on various software applications.• Managing hardware and software installations as well as the relocation of IT equipment.• Logging activities and maintaining comprehensive records in the Alloy ticketing system.• Entering inventory details and pertinent notes into the Alloy ticketing system.• Executing other IT support duties for computer users as required.• Offering full–time technical writing coverage for documentation for Timekeeping and Scheduling application(2) A contract term will be for one year.
