(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Provide oversight and advice, compliance monitoring, record–keeping, reporting, and other duties regarding investments managed by the agency tax collector.– Investment staff comprises four full–time investment officers and two full–time investment analysts.– Treasury accounting team is responsible for monthly reconciliations of the pool and those stand–alone portfolios with individual securities and daily interest income entries to the county’s financial accounting system.– Contractor shall maintain accurate records and reports, including investment positions.– Contractor shall provide to the agency a web–based portal to their treasury management system.– Contractor shall include cash and investment data in the TMS, to include, at a minimum, the following for the pool and all stand–alone investment portfolios, as applicable:– Current holdings and positions.– Daily Bloomberg and money market trading activity.– Monthly Money Market interest earnings.– Daily ending bank balances.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
