(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning facilitation services. – Provide development of the district's 2027 to 2032 strategic plan.– Develop a compelling vision for the district through 2032.– Engage diverse stakeholder groups.– Identify strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.– Develop an implementation and monitoring framework.– Develop strategic priorities, success indicators, implementation strategies, and governance dashboard.– Strategic plan should reflect the aspirations of the board of education, staff, students, families, and community while providing a practical framework for implementation and accountability.– Review the current strategic plan, district performance, demographics, finances, facilities, workforce trends, legislative environment, and comparable districts.– Lead participants in defining the future they want to create.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
