Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) desires to procure services in the form of Contract and Procurement Support Analyst Services. The Contractor shall provide services for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) to include 1 Senior Contract Analyst, and 1 Contract Analyst. The Contractor shall provide services for A.T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) to include 2 Junior Contract Analysts.The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non–personal services necessary to perform Administrative Assistant Services Support as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, necessary to perform the required services.1 Senior Contract Analyst at WRNMMCSenior Contract AnalystThe Contractor personnel must meet or exceed the following qualification criteria.Qualifications:Bachelor`s or Associates Degree .A 4–year course of study leading to a bachelor`s degree with a major in any field, that includes or is supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods or organization.At least 10 years specialized experience and must be DAWIA Contracting Level III certified (graduate level education may be substituted for years of experience or DAWIA Contracting Level III certification).Shall be able to read, write, speak and understand English.Be a U.S Citizen.Duties and Responsibilities:
