(1) Vendor needs to provide aircraft rescue and firefighting, airport operations, and security services to the government authority located in Mascoutah, IL.– Conduct vehicle and concessionaire delivery inspections on demand 24/7/365.– Conduct badge challenges and door/portal monitoring at various intervals in accordance– Provide personnel to conduct prohibited items inspections of the sterile area in accordance with, – Conduct security patrols of the Air Operations Area (AOA) and its perimeter, the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA), and sterile area, ensuring all access gates, doors, and other entry points are monitored in accordance the ASP.– Monitor and operate the airport CCTV camera systems with the ability to review and report on security and safety matters captured on video– Monitors life safety alarm systems and makes notifications as necessary.– Contact and coordinate with 911 dispatch.– Conduct inspections and activities as outlined in airport certification manual and the airport wildlife hazard management plan.– Provide training to other staff members and maintain associated records.– Must possess alertness and skill in detecting and recognizing safety hazards.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on November 13,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026.
