DRA-11234 - USA (San Diego, California) - Regional Public Awareness Survey Service - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide regional public awareness survey service to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Conduct a comprehensive regionwide survey to establish an inventory of public awareness and understanding of the agency, including its work program and public participation processes. – The Consultant shall consider weighting the survey results to regional demographic targets including age, gender, income, and race and ethnicity.– The survey data shall be reflective of the demographics of the region, Individuals under the age of 18 will not be eligible to complete the survey and shall not be considered a part of the sample universe.– A part of the sampling approach shall include a plan for supporting individuals who desire to complete the survey offline.– These include the toll–free project phone number, the project email address, a feedback or comment button in the smartphone app, and comment boxes on the online survey.– The consultant shall prepare a final report, highlighting all steps and findings related to the administration of the survey effort.– Marketing Materials such as fliers, brochures, reports.– Survey programming and testing.– Data collection materials.– Monitoring data collection– Launch survey.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
