ITES-10506 - USA (Iowa) - Managed Provide Service - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide managed provide service for traveling medical staff to the government authority located in Iowa.– Ability to be a managed service provider for placement and management of university medical agency traveling staff, hereafter managed service provider.– Staffing managed service provider (MSP) and be solely responsible for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, managing, and supporting all traveling healthcare staff.– Provide support and relationship management for agency staff.– Provide strategies that would be used to decrease use of agency staff in Fiscal Year 2028 and beyond.– Track agency staff timecards and ensure accuracy.– Provide ongoing review of the university's current agency staff to anticipate and address staffing needs.– Enterprise labor management system integration.– Prevent Supplier override of timekeeping records.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
