(1) Vendor needs to provide long–term concession and lease services to the government authority located in Oxford, OH.– Long–term concession and lease of all or a portion of the university’s parking assets, structured as a public–private partnership.– Enter into a long–term concession and lease of its Parking System that advances agency’s strategic priorities.– Monetization of the Parking System as a strategic initiative with a means of unlocking the long–term value of a well–managed asset to fund institutional priorities, including infrastructure modernization, sustainability investments.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21,2026.(3) An optional pre–bid informational webinar will be held on August 17, 2026.
