(1) Vendor needs to provide performance management, data and interest holder engagement services.– Development and implementation of the reimagine & transform strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and performance management activities– Responsibilities include strategic planning, organizational redesign, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. – Facilitate structured strategic planning sessions to refine and operationalize the Reimagine & Transform priorities, converting strategic goals into a clear implementation roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and a detailed decision–making framework clarifying which decisions reside at the leadership, team, and individual levels– Develop communications materials and a backwards communications plan tied to key internal and external decisions related to reorganization and alignment with Reimagine & Transform priorities– Internal strategic planning materials, including implementation roadmaps, decision–making frameworks, and documentation emerging from facilitated strategic planning sessions.– Organizational structure and staffing materials, including revised organizational charts, recommended reporting structures, and updated job descriptions aligned with function–based operations.– Communications materials, including message guides, communications plans, briefing materials, and updates for internal and external stakeholders regarding organizational changes and strategic alignment.– Decision memos to support leadership review and approval of strategic, organizational, and implementation decisions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
