(1) Vendor needs to provide soccer field renovation service to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL. – All current grass and debris will be removed from the designated area.– Approximately 6,000 square yards of sod will be installed, along with organic fertilizer to promote healthy growth.– All waste, debris, and excess materials will be hauled off, and the site will be cleaned up to ensure readiness for use.– The successful proposer must provide satisfactory supervision of all of the work by the employees.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
