Brownwood Entryway Feature Replacement

The Requesting District(s) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a complete turnkey replacement of the Brownwood Entrance Gateway Structure. The project includes full demolition and removal of the existing feature, followed by construction of a new gateway in accordance with engineered plans, specifications, and construction documents prepared by Kimley-Horn. Vendors must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and permitting necessary to deliver a structurally sound, code-compliant, and aesthetically consistent replacement that meets the District’s standards. The work requires strict adherence to FDOT specifications, stormwater and erosion control requirements, and all applicable safety, environmental, and construction regulations. Contractors will be responsible for utility location and protection, site cleanliness, traffic control, construction staging, debris management, and ongoing coordination with District representatives. Attention to detail, high-quality workmanship, and compliance with all inspection and documentation requirements are essential to successful performance.
