(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial property services to the government authority located in Ukiah, CA.• Power–vacuum sweep all paved and parking areas, front and back.• Hand–pick trash from planters and along the south and east chain–link fence lines.• Blow out and remove debris from areas not reachable by the sweeper.• Remove all debris collected from the property.• Provide broom sweeping of areas that require manual cleaning.• Remove and dispose of debris such as tires, furniture, car parts, and other large items; contractor shall provide proper disposal.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
