(1) Vendor needs to provide smoke and fire damper inspection service to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH. • Perform an operational test matching its design type:– Remove the fusible link. – Signal the actuator to closed position– Verify full closure without obstruction. – Visually verify complete closure. – Check link for damage/corrosion. – Reset system to normal operations. – Reinstall link and return to open position. – Visually verify return to full open.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
