(1) Vendor needs to provide historic preservation architectural services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS. – Identify immediate stabilization priorities.– Develop preservation recommendations.– Coordinate and integrate specialty consultants as needed.– Coordinate with ongoing roadway and utility improvement activities.– Identify site access considerations.– Review equipment staging and contractor logistics impacts.– Coordinate redevelopment sequencing recommendations.– Assist with high–level budget forecasting.– Participate in stakeholder meetings. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 2, 2026.
