(1) Vendor needs to provide watershed management plan stakeholder and public engagement service.– Provide services for stakeholders and public engagement for the city department of public utilities watershed management plan update.– Public outreach and input are critical elements to ensuring the success of this plan.– The selected consultant can expect to collaborate with a wide array of constituents, city residents, advocacy organizations, recreational groups, etc.– A high level of stakeholder and public engagement, given that many people are extremely passionate about the watershed canyons.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
