(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services to the government authority located in Jersey City, NJ.• The college management writes the management, discussion, and analysis report and prepares the financial statements except for the cash flow statement• The scope of services is to complete the 2026 audit of the College's books, including financial statements, grants, credit hour programs, and requirements of the College for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.• Audit of the Financial Statements – the audit will be in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board Statement and the standard applicable to Financial Audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by agency• Report on compliance and/on internal control over financial reporting based on an audit of financial statement performed in accordance with the Government Auditing Standards.• Total Unweighted Differential Credit–Hour Equivalent Credit–Hour Enrollments• Senior Citizen Unweighted Differential Credit–Hour and Equivalent CreditHour Enrollments(2) The contract period will be for one year.
