(1) Vendor needs to provide architect services to the government authority located in Portales, NM.• Project Planning and Existing Conditions Assessment– Review available campus facility master plans, building plans, previous engineering studies, HVAC equipment inventories, maintenance records, signage standards, and related project documentation.• HVAC System Design– Incorporate applicable energy–efficiency measures and opportunities to reduce operating and maintenance costs.– Address applicable ventilation, indoor air quality, thermal comfort, equipment access, system balancing, and building occupancy requirements.• Campus Signage Design– Prepare a signage inventory and identify signage to be retained, repaired, replaced, relocated, or newly installed.• Construction Documents and Regulatory Coordination– Develop detailed construction cost estimates at appropriate design milestones and reconcile the design with the approved project budget.• Bidding and Procurement Support– Assist with evaluation of bids or proposals, as requested, including review of technical compliance and identification of apparent scope gaps.• Construction Administration and Project Oversight–Review contractor submittals, product data, shop drawings, equipmentschedules, and signage fabrication documents for general conformance with theconstruction documents.• Project Closeout and Equipping– Confirm receipt of applicable testing, balancing, commissioning, and system startup documentation.(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026.
