(1) Vendor needs to provide tow, recovery, roadside assistance, and hazardous materials services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Services will include the towing, recovery, and transport of patrol vehicles, as well as providing rapid roadside assistance and towing services.– Prompt, reliable law–enforcement priority towing with a target of 30 minutes, 24/7 service including weekends and holidays.– Flatbed, hook and chain, boom, light–duty, medium–duty, heavy–duty, and heavy rotator capability.– Movement of vehicles between dealerships, residences, regional headquarters, repair locations, and surplus facilities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
